A PRAYER FOR DANGER SIGNS

Last Sunday morning I mentioned a prayer that Andy Stanley says his family has been praying for years. I've had several people ask me for it. Here it is:

Lord, help us to see trouble coming long before it gets here. And give us the wisdom to know what to do and the courage to do it.

I think it's an awesome prayer not only for adults to pray but also to teach to our children. I'd encourage you to talk about it as a family and incorporate it into your personal and family worship time.
